The stair lift is more than we expected. Our daughter is able to get the things done that is needed on the second floor without causing more pain or the chances of falling. There was some discrepancy among the salesman, the project mgr and the installer, but in the end, the job was completed to include the requests we had made up front to preserve the original marble window sill, thanks to the installers ingenuity A little bit of ‘forgotten’ clean up in the basement below the bathroom, but the shower install itself was so beautifully done!!! We absolutely love the clean look of our ‘new’ bathroom!!!

The ease of the whole process! I didn’t have to do much at all and it was installed in one day! It’s so beautiful and convenient that I feel like a Queen every night! The shower head definitely helps make the low water pressure better enough to relax my sore stiff muscles! Just plain excellence!
