The team of two brothers from Texas arrived as scheduled, worked all day without a break and had my new tub to shower conversion done in one day. This included removing a 90 year old cast iron tub weighing probably 350 pounds or more intact. I am pleased with the results and glad that I selected Leaf Home Safety to do this work.

I was looking for an onyx product and they were the only ones that seem to have that product in stock without having to order it and was able to work me into their schedule before the end of the year. There install person Ray went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my new shower surround. He was able to build a bench that match the surround instead of using the version of the fold up bench or the one that just mounts in the corner is not as secure as a full bench. The sales people were very knowledgeable but they didn't have a very big selection in onyx colors. I was told they do not use contractors, they apparently train their installers for consistency? I would use them again due to having four other quotes and they were more reasonable and professional, and they have their product in stock that apparently made by their company the Onyx bath surround.

They seem to know what they are doing. Still waiting on an arm bar for the bathroom that was promised, but not installed yet. They seemed a little pushy about selling their products. The installers were very nice and professional. They did a good job.

The installer did a great job and explained everything we needed to know about the lift, very polite. Completed the job and cleaned up. Salesman was a very nice person and knew what he was supposed to say, explained everything that we needed to know, then gave us a quote that was too expensive for us so he gave us a discount but still the price was to much. I guess what I’m trying to say is that he just went on and on and on. Eventually we agreed on a price and I believe that they were here the following week to install. Thank you

The work was done very well & the “tile” looks great. Love the look, safety and functionality! Installer was patient and involved me in decisions, if questions. The narrow trim/finishing/edging is ok but not as attractive as the rest of the product. Thank you!
