The father and son team that installed the step- in shower at my home were very prompt, polite, and professional. I found a definition for the word excellent once in a dictionarhy which was: "no room for improvement". I don't believe there is anyone who couldn't improve in at least one way, or maybe more. I assumed that a score of 10 stood for "excellent". Therefore I marked the score of 9.
