The attitude of the installer was very friendly and open. It’s not yet clear if the installation is completely correct - the electrical cord is supposed to show a steady green light but instead it’s a flashing green light. The installer pointed this out to us, but he has not yet been able to fix the problem.

I was very impressed with the installers. They arrived on time, prepared the entrance hall to make the least mess possible, created a beautiful shower, and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. We moved here in June and are still learning about the house. We had no idea where the water turn off was. Hugo very patiently searched the property and finally found it in the crawl space on the opposite side of the house. He did not complain about the inconvenience or the time it took to find it. As he was loading his truck with the debris from the old shower, he offered to take a huge cardboard box that was in the garage. It was beyond the scope of the job. Not having to break it down and drive it to the landfill was a big convenience for me. If we need something in the future, I would not hesitate to call Leaf Home Safety Solutions.' First, we couldn't be happier with the product! It's beautiful and functional. I hate that it took us so long to decide to pull the trigger. I really appreciate the flexibility on the business end that we were afforded. The gentleman that did the estimate was really a class act. Professional, not pushy, and knowledgeable. He continued to take care of us from start to finish. The contractors were efficient (two days per bathroom), kind enough to answer questions that I had, meticulous in their work, and very good at communicating arrival times that worked for us. They were good to clean as they worked, leaving very little mess for us to contend with. Minor noise and dust, and the one minor issue that we had was resolved very quickly with no fuss!
