Oscar the installer was very good. There was a problem with a pipe that wasn't placed right in the original build and he worked around it. We got a good price on the stone because it was being cleared out. There was a part missing which we were told wasn't available but we looked it up and Oscar was able to get it and made a special trip out to install it.
