The technician discovered that my discharge PVC pipes were buried in the ground. So every time the unit tried to regen it could not discharge the water properly. The technician that installed the unit should have noticed this because he did a regen test on the unit. Because the unit was not able to discharge the water properly. I will now have to dump all of the salt crystals that were in there. Because it formed a bridge, I will start completely over with new crystals. It would be nice if the installing technicians would thoroughly check everything out.

The entire process was both professional and personal from start to finish! Amy was right on time and took all the time needed to be sure we understood our needs and options for the solution. There was no time wasted in scheduling the install on a day and time that was best for us. Carlos, the installer, was on time and completed the job efficiently and cleanly. He, also, took plenty of time to ensure I understood what he had done and what my responsibilities are in keeping the system functioning properly. It is hard to find a company with this type of integrity and ethics any more; I highly recommend Leaf Systems if you are looking.
