I was impressed with the depth of testing that was done. The tech took time to really test our water and answer all of our questions. There was manganese in our water which is a neurotoxin and our old system was breaking down and compromising the health of the people who live here, so they worked hard to get our new unit in the next day. The tech who installed our system was very professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. Our water now is much different, our clothes and dishes come clean, and we notice a big change in our skin and hair.

The sales rep. we talked with explained everything to us, and answered any and all questions we had. We previously had a water softener system that lasted over 40 years with minor upkeep. If this one lasts half as long we will be very happy. When it came time for the install Tony called and said he was on his way and arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time.. Tony got right to work removing our old system and preparing to install the new system. He worked very neatly and efficiently. Any questions I had he answered them quickly without hesitation. When he was done with the install he showed us how the system works and again answered all questions. Tony cleaned up and left our place as clean if not better than before. I would highly recommend Tony for any other installations.

The recent "tune up" to our system was very professionally handled. He discovered that our water purification tank and light were disconnected, and never functioned. He fixed it and instructed me on how to maintain the salt level. He's a keeper!

While I was disappointed with the fact that your system did not do what I hoped it would, I was absolutely delighted to do business with leaf water systems. Your people were very cordial and professional. Your district manager, Jordan and his cohort Dave, came to my home to verify the problem and said Jordan said he would give me a full refund. Since then, the system has been removed and I am waiting for the refund. I know these kinds of things take time, but I just wanted to assure you that I intend to tell the BBB what a terrific company you are to work with. I have seen some of the complaints people have had on the BBB website, but I consider most of them petty. Gripes from people that have no sense about what water systems are supposed to do. Upon receipt of my refund, I will give you a glowing review to perhaps counteract some of those petty reviews. Perhaps you could advise me how to go about doing that? It has been a real pleasure working with a company that really does care about customer satisfaction. Thank You - Joel Weinhardt

The price and company reputation. It’s far less expensive for the same type of system from a major competitor. The water test performed was far more accurate. I liked the fact they didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. The other company wanted to put in a water softener also, I didn’t need one according to the water test from Leaf. The installation was quick and professional. Overall I’m very happy with my system.
