I would say generally would recommend the systems for the warranty and perceived quality. Only real reason for not being 10 is that the price even after discounts and such was still very high at a time when family finances are very tight for everyone, but can understand that material costs have risen. And water quality is so important to us that it was a very high priority to get a system we knew we could count on

I'am completely happy with my new water system. Not only do you feel cleaner and more refreshed after a shower or bath your skin feels so much better. And then your clothes and towels not only feel so much softer and smell so much fresher. And with all of that you just feel so much better through out your day.(I JUST LOVE IT)

We had Selina as our sales person. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She gave us some great pricing. We had planned on purchasing a filtration system, but after seeing the additional costs for the soft water system we decided to purchase both systems. We have had the systems installed now for 2 weeks and enjoy the quality of our water. The only thing I would say would be because we went ahead and had our install done within a couple days we received a huge discount. There was so much of a difference in pricing that it was a no brainer to have the systems installed ASAP. It seemed as though as a company you pressured us to have the systems installed immediately. I mean there was a difference of over $3000 if we did the install now. I have been in sales myself for 40 years so it was very incentive laiden to do the install now.

The service was exceptional, responsive and consumer oriented. Product seems to be as advertised if not better than advertised. Most of all are the employees who make it all happen: Scheduler; technician and sales people.
