We needed a follow up and received a quick response. One of the issues was fixed but one remains to be dealt with which is scheduled to take place next Monday, the 13th of November. The gentleman who fixed the first one was kind, friendly and quick but did not have the necessary items to fix the other one. Looking forward to next visit next week.

Mr Gross was our sales rep and he was so incredibly knowledgeable. He gave a mini class on chemistry and health. I am not exaggerating to say that I could tell instantly that our water was better the first time I washed my hands. We used to have a softener that we installed ourselves and switching to the whole water system was an instant improvement.
