The service tech arrived at my house promptly with bag of tools ready to go to work. This impressed me. He was very friendly and began trouble shooting the issue's. Within 15 minutes he removed some parts, replaced some parts, cleaned up and was on his way. He explained what happened to cause the leak and assured me it was fixed. Overall great experience.

it was a dramatic change immediately after the install. the interior of the dishwasher shines again, the ice cubes are clearer, taking a shower feels better and the walls of the shower stay cleaner.

I have been using my newly installed water softener since last 2 weeks. So far no issue and working very well. They provided reasonable quote and very quick to schedule an appointment. The installation was performed on Saturday and they are very flexible as per customer timing and convenience. I would preferred them to my friends.

Was a good little sales pressure. Installed the next day. Installer was very careful, double checking every move he made. Has worked well now almost a year. Salt bridged recently, service came the next and did the annual check and resolved the salt bridging. We had a saltiness and filtering before. We noticed great improvement in bathing and dishwasher right away.
