My system became unplugged, probably by a redheaded lizard. The manual says to call for service if it's without power for 3 days or more. I called Leaf and they sent out a fantastic technician. He made sure the system was operating properly and when I asked if he could test my water, he was happy to help. Everything checked out and I'm happy with the system and the customer support.

I received a phone call within 24 hours and was scheduled for service due to a broken pipe. My service tech, Chris, who came out, was super pleasant and professional. He arrived when the appointment was and fixed the broken pipe, even answering questions regarding the system to help educate me. I felt comfortable with him and the job he did - that was HUGE as I have dealt with so many folks for items that were neither courteous nor helpful.
