No issues since installation, but had recent issue with large tree branches and twigs falling on gutter/roof due to severe wind storm in August 2023. Even though insurance was paying, I had pics taken which showed no repair was done or not done correctly. Thank goodness because installer didn’t fix problem. Had to be called out again. As a 69-year-old senior, I have to get someone to get on ladder again to ensure the problem was fixed correctly. If this wasn’t through insurance, I would have been charged $150 service fee just to come out. That’s a lot of money for someone on a fixed income.
