The entire experience was very pleasant, from beginning to present. We haven't had them for very long, but the sales person, the people who installed them and the people who we talked to and who came out when we needed to have a piece of the facet repaired where they had taken out a piece of wood, were all very reponsive, prompt, and efficient. The work was excellent. We were cancelled 2-3 times, mostly due to weather, but it would have been nice to have notification of this delay. I finally had to call the main office although the tech did give me his name and phone number.
