Overall the leaffilter experience was and is good. All contacts with company sales, installers and other professionals were positive. I have only one problem. My system that was installed is not totally "leaf-proof". There is a point in the valley that is exposed to leaves and I was told I needed to get up there and clean it out to keep the water from backing up at that point and falling on the patio premature to going down the gutter to the drain. We are senior adults. I have a medical condition that is aggravated by heights. My wife is shorter than I am. The water backs up, breaches the install at that point and contributes to pre-mature flooding of our patio. I was hoping that some could do something creative and cover this area so that there is no potential for water backup inside the gutter. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

When realized installation was wrong, they were willing to totally reinstall that section.
However I would still like an answer for corners that are collecting a lot of of leaves.
I loved the fact that the operator listened to my concerns about how a drain was placed and that my concerns were discussed internally before the repair man even came to my house. The issue was fixed at no charge to me, and the water run off is in a much better direction now. I’d recommend Leaf Filter to any one contemplating purchasing gutters for their home.
