Caleb Torbit, Service Tech, was very professional. He was able to apply a splash guard which will hopefully solve the problem going forward. The guard had been left off of the initial installation.
My biggest issue and concern is that there was water damage inside the house caused by water flowing directly onto the outside wall of the house. The water seeped into the wall somehow. Mr. Torbit acknowledged that the improper installation caused the damage. He explained that he would discuss the issue with his Service Manager, Mr. Daniel ?. Mr. Torbit provided me with with Mr. Dennis's telephone number, [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], for follow-up. I have called Mr. Dennis a number times and left him my call back number for him to call me back. As of today's date, 12-13-2023, I have not heard back from anyone at Leaf Filter. It goes without saying, that I expect Leaf Filter to pay for the repair of the water damage.
