They were fast and efficient and when they were able to come install a few days before Christmas, they even reattached my lights so we wouldn't be the only house in the neighborhood that wasn't decorated.

The install crew showed up right on time and finished at the time they set. The quality of the materials used is superior to the normal gutters that we used to have and yes it was a bit more cost but you get what you pay for. We also thank our sales rep for his expertise in diagnosing 3 water issues we had with our former gutters - as he knew exactly how to solve our problem.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Time will tell how happy we are with the product. As for Slobhan Snyder Mairead who came to give us the quote she tried to be very efficient but the procedure took way too long. She needs to be excused as it was evident she is new at her job and didn't mind giving freely of her time to ensure we had all the information that could probably interest us about your company.... The installation did not take place as promised but at least we were called by the office who postponed it by 3 days. The installer who had driven down from Edmonton was a personable guy and we're confident he did a good job. Lastly we're not sure how our name got screwed up on the receipt, we don't think it's Slobhans fault. We appreciate that you got our name right that's why we decided to reply to your survey and not the one from the Calgary office....

On November 9, 2023, I spoke with "Lori" to set up an appointment to fix the dripping in the connection on the left front of the garage as you are facing the garage door. On November 20th., 2023, a repair representative addressed the dripping and told me that he'd sealed the joint in two different areas. December 6th, overnight, wet snow settled on the garage roof. Dripping from the corner joint results in a small patch of ice on the walkway. When this small patch of ice is covered in snow the area becomes very dangerous. I realize this is not a great time to service repairs, but I wanted to bring the matter to your attention so that it can be repaired in the future.
