The employee was very professional and helped to address the problem. However, I won't know if the problem has been fixed until it snows or freezes. That will be the test... If the water goes into your leaf filter product it will be fixed. If it doesn't, and water or ice rolls over the top of your product and drops down by my front door we still have a problem.. Your product needs bigger holes for the water to enter!

The were on time-professional, hard working patient and did a great job with taking down our old gutters and putting up our new white 6-inch gutters! They work beautifully, and they look great on our home. We had a lot of workers that day-working on the roof, the windows and some of the siding and they worked well with all of that going on! We couldn’t be happier. This is the second home we used leaf filter and we tell everyone to use them.

It looks like they did a good job on the installation. They were on time. It seems like a good product but I don’t know yet as I haven’t even experienced one rainfall since they were installed. I do think these surveys should come after you’ve had a little time to see how the product performs. So this positive review is based solely on the installation experience, not the product performance
