The product and installation was like described by the sales representative. The installers were on time, explained what they were going to do, and again when finished the installation. They had taken pictures of the installation from the roof to show me the finished project. I was satisfied with their work, and very satisfied with the way my gutters handled the water during the very heavy rainfall yesterday.

The speed with which I was contacted by the company when I called to let them know I noticed that 2 sections was starting to lift along the edges. They sent had someone contact me the next day to set up an appointment to check the status of my concerns. The sales representative also came to check out my concerns.
