Overall, the job experience went well. The downspouts were a little bit short, but I called and they got replaced very quickly and then I did have a leak at the porch and it was fixed promptly. This was a huge job. The installers Mike and Caleb said it was one of the largest jobs they ever had to do.

The team putting the gutters and guards on my home were friendly, hardworking, responsive to my requests, cleaned up thoroughly and the team lead texted me to make sure I was happy with results.

They did a good job considering the weather that they had to install them. We still have four corners that are leaking and you where out to fix two of them which they did. They are still leaking and I'm going to take pictures of the spots on the concrete so yo can see them. We may have to wait for warmer weathe to correctly do them. Where is our Warranty information that we should have had already.

I'm impressed with the quality of the LeafFilter product but less impressed with installation service. When first installed in Aug 2022 (this is my 2nd home with LeafFilter) the job was not completed because one small section of gutter is 5" whereas the rest is 4", and the installer was not prepared to install on 5". He said he would return to finish the job, which he didn't. I called my LeafFilter sales rep and asked him to intercede. Still no one came out to finish the job. I even called the manager in charge of installations, got a promise but no one finished the job. Flash forward to this month (Dec 2023) when a backup in the 5" section, and subsequent overflow, caused a pool of water to gather around my foundation. I called LeafFilter, they sent out a service tech, he cleaned the gutter and installed the 5" cover. I give him high marks for his service but still disappointed that the original installer never completed installation.
