Well, I didn't know he was coming so I wasn't at home that day and not sure exactly what he did. I wasn't able to talk to him or show him what I was concerned about. but I guess I am thankful that he came and checked out things and hope I do not have any problems when there is heavy rain.

The performance of the Leaf Filter System is exactly as advertised. We have had to MAJOR rain events since they were installed on my gutters and there was not a drop of spill over. Before installing them I would have somewhat regular problems and the gutters required going up on a 35' ladder in several different spots, it was a two person job and not without some fear. The team that installed the Leaf Filter system arrived on time, were very professional and thorough, and cleaned everything up before they left. It is nice to know that I never have to worry about my gutters again.

How efficient Robert, the installer, was. If there was a mess in the yard, he completely cleaned it up. He had to come 2 days to do the installation. He would tell me when he was going to be here, and he was. He seemed like a very trusted man, and he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. He is an asset to Leaf Filter.

Communication was excellent. Your Representatives did what they said would do. Your reps didn't communicate among themselves very well. Customer Service set an appointment and your contractor called minutes later and said CS should have not made that appt. and we rescheduled no harm no foul.

Installer Bill was super nice and explained everything that was going on. I will say that the warehouse apparently gave them the wrong size guards and when they went to exchange them, they gave them the right size but only 1/2 the amount they needed to do the job, but I don’t blame the installer for that and in reality it was no big deal to have them come back to finish the job.
