The guys arrived timely and was very polite and professional. They explained everything in details before the job started and after the work was completed. Even though it was pouring down rain they worked as long as they could to get the job done. I will say that the service that I received from everyone by the guys , from the installer and is boss was just prefect . I as a customer it was not very easy to deal with for sure . My wife made so many changes that it " bogles " the mind .... my mine too . But between the boss in the shop and the terrific workmanship of the skilled service tech Ted Henrion the job was finally approved by my wife and all is just great . These "covers" are far better than anything else out there and I’m speaking from experience. We replaced another brand that was old technology. These are, in a moderate to strong wind, self cleaning. They will handle any level of rainfall without any problem. These need to be absolutely tight to the adjacent pieces or you will see drips. That aside, they are AMAZING! Best home improvement we’ve made in a LONG TIME. 👍
