Timely & flexible scheduling was great. Local job scheduller, Ryan was easy to reach & efficient. Installer could definitely have used an assistant - hard for one guy to do work alone . It was not underscored that the lanai screen replacement would be at a significant extra cost not covered within the financed agreement. It WAS scribbled at the end of the contract and I remember discussing that a separate installer would do the screens one day after the gutters but think I would have remembered a significant add on cost had it been discussed that it was an add on charge rather than just scribbled at the end of the contract.
