My original phone call was handled professionally, the information was taken, and forwarded to the technician, who arrived on time. He was professional, friendly, and knew his job. He did an excellent job. We haven't had lots of rain yet, and what has come wasn't a fast heavy rain, but the gutters worked fine. I am waiting to see how they handle a heavy, fast rain. So far, I couldn't be happier.

I called LeafFilter told them of my problem. They came out & surveyed the situation . They addressed my concern about the gutter was blocking my flood light on the driveway leaving me with a very dark enterance to my house. I realize the gutter was not their problem, but the warranty on the Leaf Filter was an issue. They came out with fittings to reroute the gutter & correct the problem. They had to try a couple of different options until they got one that solved the problem. They were very courteous & professional but friendly. I appreciated everything they did. And did this& my warranty is still intact. Thank you LeafFilter for going above & beyond.
