I felt I could be honest with my views (regarding my finances)- and shared them with the salesman (Scott). He LISTENED to what I had to say! I felt RESPECTED for my views. Never did Scott challenge my feelings. In time he came up with a solution I could think through on my own and ACCEPT.

It was very timely the very next day after I called them!! My system is 3 years old , up until now I had no problems !! It took about an hour to repair the problem , it appeared to be fixed , until about 2 weeks later, I called and it will be looked at tomorrow, hopefully to be fixed permanently this time!!!
