The salesman was honest, experienced, strait forward and nice. The installers were good. (I personally was not there during the installation.) The time from estimate to installation was quick. The only problem I am aware of is the installers did not take the leaves off the roof near the gutters. As I remember it the salesman said something like 'Oh, while up there they will get those leaves off the roof.' The leaves are still up there. Time will tell as to how everything functions. We did have that 4 plus inch storm and everything seemed to work fine.
