You had...."A PACKAGE WITH PROTECTION"....THAT MADE SENSE.... however... IT WAS MORE THAN WE COULD REALLY AFFORD AT 76!!! HOWEVER at 76!!!....Cleaning gutters was more than I could....JUSTIFY!!! Nancy and Mel [LAST NAME REMOVED] now have the HOPE...THAT IT PROVES OVER THE COMING YEARS TO COVER OUR______? (YOU PICK THAT BLANK)!! WE FEEL BETTER TO ONLY A POINT....OF THOSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!!! We felt good about the sales person!!!! as well as the SAMPLE PRODUCT!!! TWO YEARS FROM NOW.... IS THE TIME TO ASK US AGAIN!! FOR SURE!!!! I WOULD APPREIATE THAT INQUIREY IF YOU ARE SO INCLINDED!!! REALLY!!! SO....AT THIS POINT, THANK YOU FOR THE OPTION TO FIX "A PROBLEM".
