The guy knew what needed to be done but he said he wanted to try something first to see if it may work. Have not had a hard rain yet but have my fingers crossed. Very straight forward and very pleasant to work with. Told me and extension was needed but suggested his first fix before going to that extent. I appreciate his honesty about what needed to be done in the future if his fix does not work.

your sales rep. showed a textured finish on gutters we ordered & the gutters installed do not look like them. I signed 2 documents that looked like guaranties for gutters. Your NON English speaking workers took them Plus $8963.00 check & went back to Birmingham, Al. Gutters look good but I don't think they're what we ordered. [NAME REMOVED]

Mr Gregory Burns did an excellent job explaining the product and demonstrating the difference between Leaf Filter and other gutter guards. He also worked very hard to provide a very competitive price. Mr Burns did not pressure me to simply make a sell but he was very friendly and patient and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I will gladly recommend Leaf Filter if Mr Burns is involved.
