A few months after my leaf filters were installed, we had a big rainstorm, and one piece flew off my house. Leaf Filter immediately sent someone out to check out the problem. It turned out that the wrong size piece was installed on that part of my gutter. They quickly replaced it. I then called and asked them to come back and check all of my gutters to make sure everything else was done correctly which it was. And they took pictures to show me that everything was now done properly.

The job was a small one, and it was completed within a short period of my phone call requesting repair. What I did not like was that the Repairer did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let us know that the job was completed, and that no paper work was left for our house repair records.
