Your service department kept working until they were able to divert the runoff far enough away from my foundation to to prevent further damage to the foundation, patio & sidewalks near the house. Once they understood what was happening to my foundation, sidewalk & concrete patio due to runoff not being adequate to deter further damage; solutions were implemented quickly.
