the sales/service rep was professional and explained everything in detail and scheduled our appointment quickly. the installer arrived as scheduled and did everything that we had set up with the sales rep in good time (about 2.5 hours) and cleaned up leaving no mess for us to deal with! we had one minor issue and reported this to the sales rep and he arranged for an installer to come out to investigate and he let us know what we need to do to correct our situation! (nothing he could do as it was an issue with our roof!) thanks LeafFilter Gutter Protection...we're more than happy with your product and service!
