We were very impressed with the initial sales meeting and the amount of information provided to us to assist in making a decision. Once we said yes, installation was done very quickly. However, the crew did a terrible job of cleaning up the debris from the gutters and some materials from installation that were left on the ground. After several phone calls and emails, they did send someone else out to clean up the mess.
There was a thorough explanation of the product by the salesman. Installation was the next day and only took one hour. The gutter was re-pitched for correct draining.
Juan was personable and listened to my concerns about possible “animal intrusion” under the protective screens. After reviewing our system, he shared that he did not feel that was the source of the gutter overflow. He blew off some topical debris and thought that was the solution to our issue. Per your policy, I paid the prescribed $95.00 fee. Hopefully, his assessment and remedy is all that is needed. In as much as we have not had any significant moisture (rain or snow), it is not possible at this point to tell if his “remedy” is sufficient. I will monitor the gutters to see if his “remedy” is accurate. I will be in touch.
Your sales person was very helpful and Very knowledgeable. the installer was very professional cleaned up after he was done the whole thing went very smoothly.
