Customer service was fantastic! The original installers left out a 20" section. I caught it some time later when I was cleaning out an accumulation of maple helicopters in a 90 degree corner over my deck. When I reached up there, I felt no cover. I called and within a day or so, around 9p.m., a rep stopped and fixed it within 15 minutes. Couldn't believe the efficient service on the fly. He was wonderful! So far, a little over 3/4 from installation, gutters work very well. i no longer need to climb on a ladder and clean out the gutters. I recommend LeafFilter Gutter Protection and their super customer service.
