Communication. I was told and shown what needed repair. I was given a date and time along with the amount it would cost. On the scheduled date, the work was performed. When finished, I was walked through and shown what was done and what area. I had further concerns that were immediately addressed. Price was also fair.

Two of the downspouts were installed reverse, so that when it rained the water leaked out at the top curve, and one of the downspouts, needed another strap installed at the bottom, it was left off and the leaf filter screens were pulling up out of the gutter top. And the tech seem to Look at all and do it all in a timely manner.

We were really pleased with the representative that came out to speak with us about having Leaf Filter put the gutters and leaf filters on our house. He actually sold us on it by his presentation and his sincere sense of honesty. Everything was so fast and easy. They came when promised and finished quickly.
