My concern was that I didn’t have a leaf problem, I have a pine straw problem. Your sales rep told me it would work the same and as effectively with pine debris as with leaves. It doesn’t. When I called the office I was relieved to know that your staff will remove any residual pine straw as necessary. That commitment and continued commitment on your behalf is greatly appreciated..
