It was challenging getting the appointment scheduled due to staffing issues. However, the two-person crew that showed up on a Saturday to complete our installation were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The head installer shared information about our roof and the condition it's in. Fortunately good. We appreciated his honesty and candor.

The repair man was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. However, when I called to schedule the appointment the female represnative advised me that my contract might voided because I had a new metal roof installed. My homeowners insurance reduced my annual premium because I had the new roof installed. Your repair man advised me that everything looked fine and the company would probably reinstall my contract. I have heard nothing farther since then and would like to know what the current is.
