I had called about a problem with the installation and they set appointment for three days later to address the problem and with in 20 minutes later a gentleman called I believe his name was ( Brian ) and with in 20 minutes he showed up and fixed everything customer service was out standing I would recommend.
They were willing to work with me on the price and did a great job and the guy that came to the house was nice and polite and explained what he was doing
I believe the fellows name was Memphis. I’m not mistaking, but he was very kind, knowledgeable about the product. He could see what needed to be done, and he corrected it very nicely.
I like that they showed us in the presentation what other companies charge And the quality of their products so that we didn’t have to go looking around getting other bids.
I have only one complaint! Your installers are not certified for Heat Tape installation. In Utah when it snows and the temperature is 32 F. or below, the snow builds up on the gutter covers. This causes "Ice-Over" of the covers due to the small drain holes. The ice may stay if the temperature stays below freezing. The melt water from the roof snow runs down on a porch or steps and refreezes. The customer could purchase the amount of Heat Tape (cable) as needed on their own. You could charge for the installation.
The installation was excellent, the gutter covers work well in wet weather. "Gray" was easy to work with. He had to return to complete caulking because the weather was wet for a time.
The idea that no one will have to get up there and clean the gutters. I did have to have someone come back and re caulk 2 areas above the porch. Still waiting to see how effective that is as we really haven't had much snow yet.
The new gutters were leaking and the appointment was easy to set up. The worker called and let me know he could come before my appointment. We had him come and he asked where there was a problem. He was quick and very courteous. We have not had any storms since so I don't know if the issues were corrected.
The woker assured me if there was any problem to call again and have them come out again to fix any issues.
I appreciate the guarantee. My home is a historic site and needed special care. They put the Leaf Gutters in during the winter while we were traveling. Before a year was done, there appeared leaks. They came out, surveyed the problem and together we decided to wait until spring for the repairs.
In spring, they called. Set up an appointment and made the repairs adjusting the leaf Gutter to the old gutters on our historic home that needs TLC. All was well, working beautifully for 6 months when I noticed a leak creating a wet , potentially icy spot by my front door. One call, that’s all. They sent out a repair man and it was fixed.
I appreciate their service, their product, and the friendly employees. Our home is unique and they did a terrific job. Thanks Leaf Gutter!!!

The employee who came to evaluate my gutters was awesome to work with! He didn't cut any corners and made sure that everything was replaced and cleaned out properly, which had not been done by the original installer. I'm really glad he was able to fix things. That kid deserves a raise. He was great to work with!
