installers arrived on time,worked very well together,were very courteous and answered questions, and cleaned up any trash,hauled away all the old gutters and down spouts.
The sales rep was very nice and friendly and the installers were quick and very nice .They showed me what they were going to do and how everything would work. The entire process was easy and stressless. The sales rep that came to our home was very friendly and knowledgeable. She identified other issues and provided options which were reasonably cost effective. A few days later the service guys were out installing filters and repairing the gutters. After installation, the gentleman walked me around to ensure I was satisfied. This is my second time using Leaf Filter and from my first home to this home they were awesome. Thank you!
My estimator/sales associate came to my home two days after I spoke with someone about the product. He was very friendly and I signed that day to have an installation 2 days later. When the installer arrived at my home he was unable to use the product as it was ordered as 6 inch and I have 5 inch gutters. I did not hear when my new installation would take place. I messaged my salesman and it took him some time to respond and he sent me the installers number to call. I called several times with no answer. When I heard that the product I signed and paid for was incorrect I messaged the salesman to see what the price difference would be. NEVER heard back. My installation was fine and the installer was very friendly. I then called the company to ask once again about the price since the material would be less I assumed the cost would be less. I spoke to someone who stated she would have someone call me about my question. To date, I have NEVER heard back. I have some concerns with customer care with the company and would like to have someone call me to answer my question. Although, I am not getting my hopes up for a lower price because you have been paid in full, I would still like a call.
