Initially they postponed our installation twice, we thought it was a scam, so we cancelled, however when they called back, they even lowered the price, so we accepted. This time, they were prompt with installation. They came back a week later to reseal a small area that was dripping, which we noticed after the first rain. We’ve had no other issues thus far. It’s Winter now, so fingers crossed we don’t have any other issues either. Yes, we’re very pleased so far…

Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful, though to get through to an actual office or customer service help, in the time between getting the estimate and the team literally showing up on my doorstep, was nearly impossible. The team that came to install was great, felt like having your fun handyman uncle come help you.

Everyone involved was very easy and professional to work with. Everything was done on time. The first appointment was within 2 weeks after we first contacted Leaf Filter. The person who came out to measure and set up the job was very helpful and answered all our questions. The work was scheduled for the following week. The installers were on time and got the job done quickly while still doing the job well. We were very happy with Leaffilter.

When I originally had Leaf Filter installed on my home I did not know that the installation brackets should have been changed to make it a neater appearance. When having additional Leaf Filters installed, it was brought to my attention. Even though it had been two years, a worker came out soon after I notified the company and quickly made the change .
