The initial person-to-person contact. LeafFilter Representative was knowledgeable without being "pushy." The Representative provided simple, direct, concise answers to questions without beating about-the-bush and without a lot of "what if's," "this could happen," or continuously harping on some extreme worry or stress provoking image(s). We were so impressed with your Representative, we informed him of a neighbor looking into new gutters and a way to eliminate (or at least decrease) clogging. While you Rep was still visiting us, we contacted the neighbor who said "send him over!" The neighbor subsequently signed a contract - truly a testament to our own fulfilling experience and satisfaction! :-)
