The discussion with your salesperson (Kevin Gross) was professional and not a pressure sales approach. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He informed me that the Leaf Filter system would work on my concrete tile roof whereas other systems were not compatible. He was also able to give me an installation date the very next day. The installer was very efficient and worked for five hours installing my system. The only issue I have was that the installer worked alone. It seems like it would have been more efficient and safer to have at least two people working together. We have had one heavy rainfall since the system was installed and everything seems to be as advertised. One thing, the installer was not able to fix a downspout attachment to my house, but said the next time an installer was in the area they would repair it. That has not happened yet. Overall though, I am very satisfied so far.
