LeAnne exceeded in every aspect of my experience with her. I met with her about a year ago and did not list my mom's house due to personal circumstances. I met with her again and listed the house. She explained everything thoroughly from the beginning. She was right on target with the housing market in the neighborhood and the house sold in a few days for exactly what I expected from her listing. All was set for closing, however my brother passed away two days before the closing date. The closing had to be post-poned at the last minute, then again a second time. Needless to say, I consumed much of her time, in the past and a second time. From the beginning, LeAnne responded to my phonecalls and texts right away each time. If she wasn't available to speak, she would let me know when she was available and called when expected. She knew what needed to be done and handled things efficiently. She conveyed care and compassion during a difficult time. Proficiency, efficiency, and caring.

Very knowledgeable and what I didn’t understand she took her time to explain to me until she knew I got it, not just me saying I got it. She gave me a forecast of what the next steps in the process of home buying would be( issues that would have to be addressed).

She showed us several houses and I always felt like she was happy to be there even though I'm sure all of our heming and hawing was probably annoying.
