I enjoy the workout equipment and swimming pool. I workout early so I would like to see the Y open earlier on Saturdays.

I have just recently become acquainted with the Lebanon branch of the YMCA. My purpose was to join the Silver Sneakers class given there. By far, I was not the only one! There were at least 40 seniors from the community in this class alone. I found that this facility is embraced by all ages and is very important to families, couples, singles as well as seniors. What I like best is having a good exercise instructor and meeting new people.
