Amazing equipment. Love that there is a pool. Impressed with all they do for youth and families., never crowded. One criticism- sweaty mats are put on the pile without being wiped - in class and outside of class. Wipes available in class - dried out. (Have to pull out a few to get most one) wipe mats off and what is on the wipe is sometimes pretty disgusting.
Sprout and her team are wonderful, patient, very conscientious, and adaptive to each swimmers level and needs within the class. Parents and Grandparents are extremely fortunate to have YMCA as an option for swim lessons for their children/grandchildren.
Yes, my children go to there kids camp and 2 year old room , both my children love it here.
My son thats 2 has made a huge improvement. From screaming during drop off to where he walks in and sit down at the table. Thank to all staff.
We love all the early learning teachers. My kids love to go there and I'm so happy that I found a place that I can trust with my babies. Big shout out and huge thank yous to Anjelica, Karma, Lilly and Alyssa.
I went to the YMCA years ago when I had my first child. They had a class called Baby and Me. It was an exercise class for mothers of infants. I met and still have a friend from the class. Over the years my family and I were involved in many activities at the YMCA. Now, as a senior, I am very active again. It is an amazing place filled with childen and adults of all ages and abilities. The volunteers, instructors and staff are knowledgable, kind and some of the best people you could ever meet. I am so glad to be back again.
My son has been a part of Legacy Foundation Chris-town Family YMCA sports program and childcare programs. He has been a part of their programs including youth sports, pre-K care, after school after-care, holiday & summer programs since he was 3 years old.
He absolutely loves it! He really shines in basketball and has built new skills and appropriate competitive acumen. YMCA has supported him on multiple levels as
