Took my bike in for a chain adjustment. The tech that helped me was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained everything in detail and also checked out another concern I had regarding the tires. My valve cores had been hard to loosen. They were gunked up, causing the issue. Once he explained how tubeless tires work, I realized I had never added sealant. He added sealant, replaced my valve cores on both tires, and adjusted my derailleur. Most of all, it was obvious he cared about my experience and making sure my bike was ready to go when I left. Thank you.

Zack was super helpful and knowledgeable about fixing the squealing from the disc brakes of my Trek Maddone. I spoke with him on the phone, brought my bike in and within 1/2 an hour my brike was quiet again! Very pleased with the service!
