The people at Liberty Cycle are really great. They are friendly, helpful, and eager to help (something that shouldn’t be taken for granted in a bike shop.) The vibe feels local but not exclusive as can be common in shops in tourist towns. Shops like Liberty can and do give you the feeling that you are a part of this community, even though you may not go downhill at over 40mph. I’m happy knowing that whatever the problem with my bike I’m in good hands.

Bike technology has evolved significantly since I last purchased a bike. The staff thoroughly explained all of these many advancements and the differences between group sets, while patiently answering all of my questions. They also patiently helped me determine which type of bike would best suit my riding conditions. Once I selected a bike, they took all the steps necessary for a proper fit. I have an amazing bike, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and my purchases.

I took two bikes in and staff members took care of what I needed instantly while I was waiting at the desk. They were very knowledgeable and even helped me wheel the other bike out to my vehicle.

Trek bikes are reliable and they have something for everyone. The staff at Liberty is amazing. The new owners are continuing the great customer service the store is known for. Matt, who helped us is fantastic, knowledgeable and really cares about his customers.
