You helped us clarify our needs and find a bike at our price point. At no point did we feel pushed or did her try to “upsell.” You ordered and assembled the bikes and added a few extras that we wanted. You explained how to use everything and helped us get the bikes on the rack on our car. It was a great experience. Coleman was terrific!
