I recently took my kids bikes in for maintenance after spending an hour watching ‘YouTube University’ and applying my best ‘know how’ to fix the brakes and chain. After giving up took the bikes into Liberty and they were super helpful. They adjusted the brakes on one bike on the fly with no charge. The other they needed to look at more closely. Turned out they were able to fix the issue without any parts. I had to beg them to pay for the repair. They offered to do it pro bono. Such a great shop. Highly recommend.

I took an ENVE wheel in for a spoke replacement and truing. The staff completed this in less than a day and were very professional throughout the process.

The folks at the service shop are knowledgeable and helpful, always happy to explain something and answer questions without disrespecting the customer. Sadly , the sales department has changed quite a bit. I guess clothing isn’t a money maker anymore. I felt like I was stepping back in I time to a bike shop that doesn’t take it’s female customers seriously. I bought my first bike at the Asheville Bike Shoo because that person was passionate about what they do, listened to me when I explained what I was looking for and showed me a couple of options. Same experience at Motion Makers. Not at Liberty 26 years ago. Happily, that changed until the last year or so. I have no issue with any salesperson whatsoever, it’s just the feel of the shop when I walk in. It didn’t used to be that way. Sam was ready to come up and greet any person who came in. He’s the reason my next bike was a custom Seven. I still will patronize my LBS but it just feels different.

The sales team were knowledgeable and helpful with finding the right bike for me. When I needed a tune up after my first year of ownership, the mechanics were professional, friendly, and quickly got me back into the woods! Everyone in this store is awesome; I’d recommend Liberty Bikes to everyone that wants a quality product and great service!

It was my first time at Liberty and it was a very positive experience. I needed an updated bike fitting and the fitting was very comprehensive, and I am settling into the newer feel and hopefully a few less aches and pains. I was also impressed with the knowledge of their service area and even though the shop is a longer ride for me I am more comfortable with Liberty's level of sservice and overall knowledge.

Matt and Coleman were both super knowledgeable and helpful. The bike setup by Coleman was really detailed. He took his time and patiently answered all my questions. His expertise resulted in the best bike “fit” I’ve ever had.

A great Bike Shop to work with. Had all of my (excessive) questions answered with great patience. Was given two opportunities to test the in stock bike I was interested in. All staff was friendly and attentive. Sam worked hard to make sure the fit was spot on.
