We like your choice of bikes and accessories, the fact that the bikes work great and are lighter than other e-bikes. Your prices are good and your customer service is really terrific! No one is pushy, we got to take our time choosing our bikes and you were great about allowing me to test ride multiple bikes. We certainly felt confident knowing you stand behind what you sell. We loved the whole experience and are now loyal Liberty Bike customers!

I recently purchased a professional bike fitting with Sam White at the shop and am super happy with the results. Sam evaluated my riding style and, after carefully measuring all angles of my new bike and my contact points, I am now able to maximize my power output, creating more speed and riding efficiency. He was friendly, engaging, with great attention to detail. Liberty bikes has always been a pillar of the cycling community, and now with the new ownership team, it should continue to offer the best customer service, product availability and repair in town.

Great local service, sales and support. The staff are riders and genuinely care about my riding experience. They are always ready to help whether I need them to fix my bike or to offer a tip or two if I want to fix it myself. Let's face it....many shops...not just bike shops...in Asheville are bougie and way over priced. You guys are keeping it real and local. Therefore, even though it may cost me a buck or two more than on-line, if you have it and I need it, I'm buying it there. Keep up the great work!

One of your associates did a maintenance heck on our Pisgah Rage team bike, even though it clearly hadn’t come from your shop. I did not know this at the time, but he gave it a thorough going over anyways. Super service!
