Everyone there is so nice and helpful. The guy that sold me my bike (I think his name is Fergus). He was absolutely amazing. He answered so many questions and gave me a lot of helpful tips. I am new to biking and it can be really intimidating. He treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot with all my questions. I can’t say it enough he was amazing and you are truly blessed and amazing staff working for you.
Coleman is a great employee. He even remembered the type of Chamois cream that I like and we had a great conversation about our riding and racing. It is worth stopping in just to talk to him!
My trek road bike frame cracked and under warranty Trek sent a new frame for me to Liberty. Matt and his staff negotiated with Trek to cover almost all of his time and replacement parts. Matt kept me informed during my several month wait (Trek suffered delays in stocking frames due to the tariffs) and once he got the new frame, put my bike together very quickly. He and his staff were exceptional.
I came there for some waterproof gloves and the worker helped me find them and shared experiences he had with the gloves giving me a good perspective on if I wanted that brand or not.
I stopped by to get some new shift cables and housings for a rebuild of my road bike. One of your employees quickly asked me what I needed. We had a nice conversation during which he actually introduced himself. Honestly, that’s kind of rare.
I do kind of wish you had extended axle pedals in stock. But I’m not sure how often anybody asks for them.
Your staff has always been super helpful, and I appreciate that. I live up in Weaverville, but I like to spread my business around to the shops that have provided a nice experience. So I’m sure I’ll keep coming back.
The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The inventory is very good but if they don't have what I need they are quick to order it for me. I have been a customer there for over 25 years. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
