I had my bike tuned up and Liberty Bikes called me during the tune up to tell me everything that they saw with my bike and how they were going to proceed forward. That openness and transparency is very much appreciated. All of the guys that work there were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop!

I have had a number of service people work on my ebike. Most recently, Jake, took care of a few issues I was having. He did so with competence and an interactive style that inspired confidence that I would be getting quality repairs. He told me what he would be exploring and, when I picked my bike up, he explained what he had done. I was convinced I was taken care of and that he actually cared about me having a good experience on my bike. You really can't beat that in a bike shop! Thanks.
