Very helpful staff and super open about pricing on everything, which is reasonable considering the work quality. I brought in a rather large retromod project and far from laughing me out of the building, as would happen at a lot of bike shops these days, the techs were STOKED on my bike. And it was a big overhaul, suspension, brakes, pivot bearings, etc. I will definitely be back, Liberty is my go to recommendation to friends who need their bike worked on. Thanks again y'all!

Sam was amazing at helping me fit a helmet and gloves. He also went above and beyond to diagnose my bike and suggest the needed maintenance. You could fill an entire store with what I dont know about bikes. But that's why we have specialist to help you out. Thanks Sam

Right off the Blue Ridge Parkway, these guys are set up to tune and fit bikes for the most talented, and demanding enthusiast.The shop is awesome, incredible inventory. Me, I bought the least expensive trek step thru in the joint. I might walk up hills if it is hot.Then they helped me pimp it out like The Who's Quadrephenia scooter. Every one treated me like it was my birthday. The kept me informed the whole time, then overdelivered. Go see them they make it fun

I recently took my kids bikes in for maintenance after spending an hour watching ‘YouTube University’ and applying my best ‘know how’ to fix the brakes and chain. After giving up took the bikes into Liberty and they were super helpful. They adjusted the brakes on one bike on the fly with no charge. The other they needed to look at more closely. Turned out they were able to fix the issue without any parts. I had to beg them to pay for the repair. They offered to do it pro bono. Such a great shop. Highly recommend.
