Hi, first of all Tony gets thanks for bringing me that's Tony Pierce because I would've gone a lot closer to my house but he drove me and help me and Brian was my sales person and he taught me how to use a bike which I had no idea I've never seen a bicycle like that so he gets kudos and also for being kind to me because I have PTSD and anxiety, which is why I moved to North Carolina from New York City.
I love the bicycle I love the clothing, especially the bike shorts he suggested and the jackets worked out great. The only thing that I just was was the water containers. I thought they were expensive but anyway I need help figuring out how to put on a bike rack on my Tesla three I'm a beginner driver and I really don't want the camera obstructed. I also cannot lift anything to hide. My left shoulder is pretty torn up anyway, thank you for Customer Service that's excellent.
I like the way that Sam and his team go above and beyond to help. Customers. For example on my last visit. I had a problem with my. New wahoo speedplay cleat adjustment . The team at the check out desk and in the service department jumped in and solved my problem. The people at liberty bikes have been this way for the entire thirteen years that I have been associated with them as my primary bicycle shop.
The service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am truly partial to the super commuter I own, but can no longer get on and off of easily and the bike I bought Saturday keeps me riding, but it will never be the beast the super commuter is!
Jake at the service area is honest, genuine and easy to talk to. He gives explanations about what is wrong and suggestions on what is needed. He also seeks a second opinion if he is unsure. Also he is personable and caring. GREAT customer service.
