Everyone was INCREDIBLY helpful and attentive. Matt called us and told us the bike we were looking for became available. Sam did a great job on the bike fit. The service guy remembered us from a few days before. The woman at the front desk was personable.
In this day and age, service is pretty poor at every business you go to but not Liberty Bikes.
Another thing was - everyone seemed knowledgeable about all the bikes. I went to a store near my house in Massachusetts and the girl didn't know anything about the bike we were looking at. She did get back to us with answers but it's so much better when the sales staff can answer your questions immediately.
Bought one bike - might buy another... The bike fit is well worth paying full price for the bike.
There is no other bike shop that I feel as comfortable and am treated with courtesy and respect. The knowledge and professionalism of the repair shop folks and the sales people is second to none. Over the last several years I have developed some great friendships thru my purchase’s. I have grown in knowledge and feel I can ask any questions either thru email or face to face. It’s not just a purchase it’s about relationships.
Zack made me a checklist of things he recommended I buy getting into biking, explained why each one was important, but never pressured me to buy a single thing. He fitted me for a helmet, mounted my water bottle holder onto my new bike, then adjusted my seat and handle bars to fit me perfectly. He took the time to walk me through shifting the gears and answered every single question that I had. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but what I really appreciated was how he seemed genuinely interested in getting me into a hobby that he obviously loves himself!
Your staff is excellent, being very knowledgeable and not pushy. I just bought a Trek Marlin 6 and have really enjoyed it. The person that sold it to me seemed very honest about the type of bike that would work for me and didn't try to upsell me to something that I may have not really needed. I bought accessories from two more employees who were also easy to work with and gave me great ideas on what I would need.
