One negative comment that I would have is that your bookkeeping needs to be updated before. Because you make a few mistakes with my account. At least and i've heard with others. We are very satisfied with the facilities and the people that you have working there.I'm very personable it's helpful.

It has been wonderful EXCEPT for the cold water. The Y says it is 82 degrees, but as a life long swimmer I know differently. However, the guards are MOST courteous when they are harassed by swimmers. I think the Y should post a sign like at Dairy Queen where they tell people to be kind to the people working. Isn't the Y suppose to be a caring and kind facility? All members should be kind.
