Clean, well organized, all the staff was friendly and very helpful, wonderful program offerings and excellent lines of communication available between parents and the center.

Everyone at Lightbridge is kind and extremely engaged with the students. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and their development. It’s a positive environment and our daughter leaves happy everyday!

The staff and admin took the best care of my daughter! She graduated from the program ready and excited for public school!

The staff are attentive and communicative. The facility is incredibly clean and safe. The academic curriculum prepared him well for kindergarten

The school may look clean, shiny, and inviting, and some teachers are great, but that’s where the positives stop. The reality behind the scenes is very different. There is constant staff turnover—three different directors and a revolving door of teachers and office staff in less than a year. Classes are frequently out of ratio, and the organization is chaotic. The owner, Randi, treats staff rudely and shows no respect or value for employees, for differences among people, or even for the children. Families are not welcomed, staff are not supported, and what looks like a polished, professional environment is really just smoke and mirrors. I rarely write reviews, but I strongly urge anyone considering this school to look elsewhere. There are many schools where your child will be valued, where staff are treated with respect, and where the experience matches the image. This school is all glitter on the surface and chaos underneath—don’t be fooled.

I believe I have voiced my opinion and feelings for LBA BB to know why I was disappointed. If further clarification is needed feel free to reach out.

I did not receive any call regarding my security deposit refund. My children attended the daycare for a little over a month, and the bill I received did not match what was originally discussed at enrollment. I was charged two different rates for each child, and when I brought it up with the director, she insisted the bill was correct, even though it was not. I am also very concerned about safety and communication. My daughter was bitten twice within four days, and one of the bites broke the skin. I was never contacted about the incident and only found out when I picked her up. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. Overall, my experience with billing, communication, and safety was very disappointing. I will be following up on Monday about my security deposit refund in the amount of $250.

The teachers were amazing. They cared about the kids and their progress. The communication was amazing. The facilities were spotless and also child centered. The bulletin boards were always immaculate and displayed the kids work.

Management. People in your front office are horrible. Teachers are good but not trained enough. The ones who were good were let go, which says the management doesn't respect efficiency. The teachers who are left behind will do bare minimum. Teachers change every month, lack of stability for kids due to this. Poor hygiene practices. Pick up my kid in the worst hygienic condition most of the days. They only change diapers. No washing faces or hands after food. All my kids clothes ruined as they very rarely makes them wear bib during meals or aprons during activites. God forbid if the kid falls sick they cannot even handle until the parent come and pick up the child. Had some of the worst directors and assistant directors. The only professionalism they display is screaming good morning and good night during pick up and drop off. Go with them with your problems, they will be confrontational and defensive. Miss Kelly the director needs to be taught how to speak politely and kindly. The past employee Concetta Gibbs with her behaviour and attitude ruined my sleep for days together as i felt my son was not safe in her presence. I wonder how you manage to employ such unprofessional people who dont even have communication skills. Sad to see such a beautiful facility, one of the best in the area being handled by such poor management. We have visited atleast 10 schools and only came across polite staff, no kids with dirty clothes and dirty faces as they are well taken care of. We had the Worst experience and most parents who left also had similar experiences. From the first day my kid joined until the last day it got worse and worse. My childs health deteriorated, he lost weight. I almot lost my job because he constantly fell sick after attending daycare and i had to be home taking care of him. When u dont maintain hygiene, how can you prevent kids falling sick. Just 3 days at home he has gained back his weight. We gave it so many chances for the beautiful spacious facility you have. But all that glitters is not gold and you proved that. Will never recommend to anyone at all. We are glad we are out. We are glad we had some good teachers there tho who genuinely took care of the children but they either left or were let go

Better communication with emails on things going on in classroom. When there’s illness etc. not just only using app. Tuition keeping consistent with what you offered when signing up.

Friendly staff and administration. Super clean and great looking facility. I love that their curriculum touches every school subject as well as emotional. They also have great programs included in their tuition. Cameras are also a plus.

We are growing very concerned with the turnover at this school. Our child has been here for 1 year but the turnover continues and they are no longer happy going here. Starts from the top and I'm not sure if this will improve.

Thank you so much for your time! Your property is one of the best locations we toured. We have a few more locations before we will make our final decision.

You accepted our baby Adam Bensalem and then days later notify me the owners “ refused “ a child with elrc subsidy. I’m his foster kinship paternal grandmother and he deserves a chance at a great school. You aren’t comfortable with a foster child ? Truly heartbreaking.

Overall, my child is adapting well and happy. The main concerns is we have is on hygiene, which we have highlighted many times. Children are left unattended when they have runny nose, and left with dirty clothes after they return from playground. To be fair this has improved but can still be better. We request you to emphasise this again to teachers, and seriously consider including hygiene schedule in the daily calendar like washing the face and taking a look on clothes every couple of hours at the least.

My son is very happy at the school and I love the teachers, just worried about turnover.

Hi! We have been happy at LBA but concerned about the turnover. We have loved all teachers we came in contact with and most have not given a heads up they were leaving which seems odd for the relationship we were building.

Safety concerns (children riding on tricycles with no helmets)

Not great communication from front office. Doesn't seem like there's enough support in the morning with the teachers.
