The teachers and staff are all amazing! My daughter has been going to Lightbridge Fair Lawn since 2022 and she has always been cared for extremely well by everyone. Lightbridge Fair Lawn has been a godsend to us as working parents. We drop our daughter off every day and have absolutely no worries that she will have a fun, engaging and happy day. Last year, in Brown Bears, she was with Ms. Sagine who has a extremely engaging learn through play approach. My daughter had such an amazing time and learned so much! Ms. Sagine is such a loving, warm teacher who bonded with my daughter so easily. She is still the teacher my daughter runs to hug every day. Ms. Karissa is also an amazing helper who is always smiling and kind. Ms. Sagine and Ms. Karissa did a wonderful job developmentally preparing my daughter for the next class, Green Frogs. Ms. Ashley, the head teacher in Green Frogs, has a fun academic approach that is sure to prepare my daughter extremely well for Kindergarden. Ms. Ashley works to ensure her kids are following productive routines and growing in their knowledge every day. My daughter has learned to write her letters and numbers better than some adults I know! The helpers in Green Frogs, Ms. Catie and Ms. Rita are also so patient and kind with my daughter, who is NOT a morning person at all! I cannot say enough great things about Lightbridge Fair Lawn and I am relieved every day that I made the decision to entrust my daughter to their care.

We are so grateful to have found this amazing daycare! From the very first day, the staff has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They create a nurturing environment that makes our child excited to attend every day. The teachers are attentive, patient, and truly passionate about what they do, which is reflected in the joy and progress we see in our child. The communication from the staff has been excellent; they keep us informed about our child’s day, milestones, and any special activities. We also appreciate the creative learning activities that keep our little one engaged and excited to learn. Thank you for being such a supportive, safe, and loving environment for our child. We couldn’t ask for a better place!

Ms. Sagine at Brown Bears is a wonderful, gifted, loving teacher. Her classroom methods are teaching through play, which my daughter found very engaging and fun! Ms. Karissa, who also teaches at Brown Bears, is full of infinite patience and caring for her students. They are a great team and my daughter loved every minute of her time at Brown Bears. Although she was sad to leave the class, she was very well prepared when she moved on to the next classroom. Colleen and Sam, the front office staff, are also extremely helpful and understanding when it came to any concerns or requests I had throughout the year. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. I am very happy we choose Lightbridge Academy in Fair Lawn to care for our daughter. Mercedes Cruz-Nadal

The staff, teachers, and facility are outstanding. My pre-k daughter is extremely well prepared to kindergarten and my infant daughter is thriving in the young infant room. I cannot recommend Lightbridge Fair Lawn highly enough!

Most of the teachers present as caring about the kids. The transparency offered by parent view. The feedback I’m able to get from the teachers on my child’s day at pick up. The teachers openness to feedback from me and their openness to share suggestions with me. The school is not small and not large. It’s just the right size where the front office staff know the students. Cute events.

I appreciate the level of communication provided and how everyone knows who you and your child are as you walk through school or participate in activities. Most importantly the number of engaging activities during school hours as well as outside of school hours. This allows all parents to participate at a time most convenient for them.

I feel so relieved to have my daughter at Lightbridge. Her teachers are so caring, organized and very communicative. My daughter was having trouble with potty training but once she got to Lightbridge the teachers encouraged her and she got it right away! She is now fully potty trained just weeks after starting at Lightbridge. I am at peace every day knowing my daughter is happy and being well cared for. Thank you!
