I like the consistency in my son's day. The weekly themes are engaging and help him learn. The staff are responsible and kind to the children. The center has a positive and clean environment.

The staff is very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. We immediately felt like this center would be a wonderful fit for our daughter and our baby on the way. The center itself is bright, inviting, and clean, and the rooms are laid out in an age-appropriate way. We're excited to have joined!

We love the activities Lightbridge organizes for the kiddos! Music Tuesday is one of our favorites, along with the seasonal activities like the Halloween Parade and holiday parties. This is in addition to the daily art and learning activities the teachers coordinate to keep the kids engaged. I feel like there’s a great balance of free play, outdoor time, and learning. Especially for little ones who get the most out of simple play and exploration.

I like the academic focus - it's not always perfect, but there's a very intentional effort to actually teach the kids vs. "babysit" them, and we've loved that for both of our kids.

My son has been here since 2 in the goldfish room and this year will become an Alumni of Lightbridge Academy of Huntersville! There hasn’t been one teacher of his we haven’t fallen in love with… who hasn’t built a lasting impact on my son! He looks forward to going to school every day and is thriving as he gets Kindergarten ready! When we had my daughter, it was a no-brainer that this is where we would also send her! She started in Young Infants and is now doing amazing things in Orange Giraffes! In every classroom she has come home soaring in one way or another. In purple cats she became a signing genius and loved to count to 5 to get a high-5! In red birds she loved to sing her ABC’s! Now in Orange Giraffes her speech has taken off, she is finding what interests her as an individual, and she is making long lasting friendships! The admin staff is super sweet and helpful. The new director is fabulous and we just couldn’t be happier!

We love Lightbridge Academy! The staff is warm, caring and kind. They are attentive to the needs of all children and communicative with parents. The teachers are excellent. They are very engaging and passionate. Lightbridge has an awesome curriculum. My son has grown so much in his social and verbal skills and is eager to show me what he’s learned each day. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the care our child receives and are grateful we have a place we can trust will be there for him!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lightbridge Academy! The staff are truly caring and attentive, and they make sure every child feels safe, loved, and valued. From the very first day, my child felt comfortable and excited to go, which says so much about the warm and nurturing environment they've created. The daily activities are creative and engaging, helping my child learn and grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Plus, the facility is always clean and well-organized, and their communication with parents is excellent. I have complete peace of mind knowing my child is in such good hands every day. Highly recommend this childcare to any parent!

Both of my kids have spent time at LBA since it opened and have generally had great experiences. It's a well run program and what I appreciate the most is the teachers. My son's former teacher Ms. Shanna is genuinely exceptional and I wish she had more help to engage more students one on one. She makes the classroom fun and inviting. My other sons teachers in Red Birds Ms. Jenae and Ms Meisha have made my little one even more social. He learned ASL under their care and has been speaking more following his time in their classroom. The meal program is great and allows for parents not to worry about daily lunches unless they want to. A beautiful playground and internal large multipurpose room! The only thing I do wish they had was a Director again to oversee the day to day things and provide more advance notice of upcoming events. The office staff is very helpful though and always kind.

The teachers are patient, friendly and caring about the children. The camera access feature is great. Everything is transparent. Both my kids have been happy in the lightbridge academy. I feel very lucky to have found the Lightbridge Academy.

We love the facility. It is always clean and the staff is like family. We love getting photos of our little guy during the day. We love the fact that the facility has cameras. This was a big deal for us when looking for a childcare center. Our son loves learning new things and the center has a great learning schedule. The summer schedule was amazing and the kids enjoyed it. The front office staff Paige, Ashley, and Alyssa are AMAZING! 🤩 The owner Alison is approachable and you can see her friendly face at the center welcoming you in on most days.

Such a loving and caring environment from the director to all the teachers and staff. Kids are able to grow and learn without pressure but guided and challenged so they are ready for the next step in their education. My girls have been here since they opened. Definitely mom and kid approved! Lightbridge is the best school in the area for by far!
