We absolutely love Lightbridge Academy! Ms. Nataly Jimenez and her amazing team — Ms. Melanie, Ms. Mejia Yudely and Ms. Faith — are incredible with our son. They’re caring, patient, and so passionate about what they do. We’ve seen so much growth in our son’s confidence, communication, and social skills. It’s such a warm, supportive environment and we’re so grateful to have them in our lives!

The staff is very friendly, flexible, and accommodating. They genuinely welcome/want feedback, take the time to listen to concerns, and do their best to make adjustments as needed. The curriculum is strong. The children get to meet exciting visitors (The Cat in the Hat, Santa, The Grinch, etc.) - and there is a notable emphasis around teaching the children about various cultural tentpoles.

I enjoy the ease of communication. I love being able to look at the cameras. The staff is so kind and caring! Everyone gets to know the students, even if they aren't in their classroom. It makes me feel like my daughter is very safe. The facilities are extremely clean.

Lightbridge Academy in Rutherford is the best I've seen! My son has been there since 18 months and is now 3 years old and is thriving. He loves going every single day and even gives me a hard time during pickup because he doesn't want to leave. Special shout out to Ms. Kelci and Ms. Marissa. Their kindness, patience, compassion, and overall passion for their jobs is SO appreciated and I am amazed by them.

We have been incredibly fortunate to have Mrs. Monaco and Mr. Alex as our child's preschool teachers. From the very beginning, they embraced our child with open arms and an open heart, understanding her unique emotional challenges. Their unwavering patience and genuine affection have created a nurturing environment where our child feels safe and valued. Mrs. Monaco has an exceptional ability to connect with her students on a personal level, and her dedication to their emotional well-being is nothing short of inspiring. She pours love into every interaction, guiding our child through moments of frustration with a gentle hand and a kind word. Her positive influence has been instrumental in helping our child develop resilience and self-confidence. Beyond emotional support, Mrs. Monaco's passion for education shines through in her creative teaching methods and engaging activities. She has sparked a love for learning in our child, encouraging curiosity and exploration. We have seen tremendous growth in our child's educational journey, and we attribute much of this progress to Mrs. Monaco's thoughtful and caring approach. I love how everyone is always so helpful even the parents themselves! I love how clean and bright the space is. I also love how knowledgeable the assist-director (Agatha) is regarding my tour. She answered all of my question within the tour itself. I feel very confident and happy about my choice with Light bridge.

Professionalism and very kid-friendly. Also, I don't feel like our son is just a number, but I feel as if he is personally recognized by his name with the staff, which makes a huge difference. When I drop him off to school on weekdays, I feel like I am leaving him with family more than a Day Care establishment. I also enjoy the detailed overview of the day that is sent describing everything that took place throughout the day, even sometimes with memorable photos, many of which I have saved to his album named Day Care Days".

Best daycare we've been to. We visited many before settling on Lightbridge in Rutherford. Since enrolling my daughter, we couldn't be happier. Everyone is so nice and social. They keep us updated on our daughters progress and experiences. She loves her classmates and teachers and comes home everyday with a huge smile on her face.
