My child had so much fun there and learned a lot of new things

Somerset, New Jersey
We have been with lightbridge in Somerset since 2021. There have been many changes considering it’s a new facility and location but the teachers remain outstanding! I have two kids that go to this school now and we have always had a positive experience with each of the teachers. When there is a teacher turn around, they hire really good talent and adjust the classrooms to fit the needs of the kids. They take care of them so well and get to know each child so they feel special. The administration is continuing to make improvements and changes that benefit the facility. They respond quickly and address concerns in a timely manner.

Literally everything from the teachers to the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The teachers are super educational and caring and loving couldn’t have picked a better place for my son to attend.

The staff seems to actually care about our daughter which is important to us as parents. The kids also do fun activities which helps with their growth. Sometimes mistakes are made with feedings, but overall I don't think that takes away from the school. We always address any issues with the teachers directly and it is fine.

I love that the teachers and administrators truly care about each child individually. They also are very transparent and over communicate everything with us. Lastly, i love the curriculum - my son is always doing different activities and has learned so much.

Coming out of the pandemic and faced with returns to our respective offices, we knew we were going to have to find a daycare program for Stevie. We also knew that even for days we were home, it was best for Stevie to be in school to get the care and daily nurturing a growing child needs. Checking in on him between meetings, projects, etc. wasn’t going to be best for him long term. We visited a number of schools in the area and as part of that process, we paid a visit to Lightbridge. There are always lots of things to consider when picking a program. Some examples, what is the facility like? How do the teachers seem? How do the children appear? What is included as part of the tuition and the inevitable bottom line of how much is this going to cost? As “late to the game” parents we didn’t have a lot of people in our friend circles that have kids Stevie’s age. We had to make an educated guess based on all of our information and frankly relied on a bit of a gut feeling. Our gut told us Stevie should be at Lightbridge and boy are we happy we followed it. Stevie, just over three and a half now, has been a student at Lightbridge for over two years and we fully intend on keeping him there until he transitions to public Kindergarten. We’ve marveled at how much Stevie has thrived at Lightbridge. He loves going to school. He loves his teachers. He loves his classmates. The boy is a sponge and watching him (literally thanks to the app) have fun while learning, playing, having nutritious snacks and lunches, is fantastic. Many of our co-workers are jealous that we can check in on Stevie whenever we’d like and see what he’s up to. The love and attention Stevie gets from his current teachers, aids, assistants, and staff, even including his past teachers that he sees on a daily basis, we cannot thank everyone enough. One of the main things we love about Lightbridge is the strong leadership that starts with the front office. We can’t imagine how difficult it is to run a school like Lightbridge, keeping all of those balls in the air. Between staffing, onboarding new families, and managing all the personalities, coupled with all the duties of running a business, we are in awe of how Arielle, Sami, and Tabitha make it happen. We liken it to the old duck on the pond analogy. Calm and cool on the surface with those feet paddling a mile a minute underwater. What Arielle, Sami, and Tabitha have created here is nothing short of a family of families. This was demonstrated - so emphatically - this week with everyone rallying around Ms. Maria, who lost her husband and sister in such a short period of time. This is what encouraged us to write this. Stevie is our everything. We’re confident and above all, feel safe and secure, that Stevie is in the best possible hands while he is away from us at Lightbridge.

I cannot thank Ms. Ariel, Ms. Sami and the staff enough for the amazing care that they have provided my son. Also what they do have was a very friendly and inviting facility. Thank you again for everything you guys do for my son!!

The experience at Lightbridge Academy - Somerset has been wonderful! Our family has been with the center for a while, and we have enjoyed watching our child grow, learn, and develop. The staff is great, and everyone is very caring and truly dedicated. The curriculum and classroom structure positively contribute to the learning environment and all of the efforts made to create a space where children feel comfortable. Our child has had so many opportunities to learn and explore!

I love the community atmosphere from Teachers to Administrators & Staff. Lightbridge has become a major part of our "Village" as we're not originally from the area. My child loves her teachers and even teachers of classes she's never been in know her by name welcome her with the warmest greeting. My child is challenged with creative curriculum and I'm updated everyday with photos & videos.

The teachers seem very caring and genuinely like their job. The curriculum is great. I feel like my child is learning a lot while also getting a lot of freedom to just play and be a 2 year old. The facility is clean and 24 hr video option is so nice to have.

The staff is amazing, always keeping parents informed with daily updates! The camera feature is also nice so parents like me can be at ease knowing my child is having a great time. I can't say enough things about our Lightbridge family but it has been amazing thus far and I highly recommend this location!

The teachers are very hands on, with my son. They always share info about his day, helped prepare him for prek and greeted him everyday with a smile. He loves coming here and playing with his friends. Arielle and Sammy are so kind and sweet as well. Great school overall!

All of the teachers & administrative staff are so kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful! My daughter has been welcomed into a family and from moment one of her attending Lightbridge it has been an amazing experience. Any time I have a concern it's addressed immediately, the communication lines between parents and teachers are always open, and I truly feel that my daughter is getting the best care and education she can be.
